As part of our efforts to ensure that we achieve our vision, and to help us ensure the principle of Consumer Duty is embedded within our organisation, we conduct a regular Client Opinion Survey.
The goal of the survey is to monitor feedback regarding client satisfaction with the service that Raymond James provides, understand what is important to clients, and identify where improvements can be made.
We typically conduct a Client Opinion Survey every two years. The most recent survey was conducted in early 2022.

*A Net Promoter Score (NPS) is calculated by asking the question “On a scale of 0 to 10 where 0 means “Not at all likely to recommend” and 10 means “Extremely likely to recommend” how likely are you to recommend Raymond James to a colleague or friend?” Those that score 10 or 9 are classified as promoters and those that score less than 7 are classified as detractors. The score is calculated by the following formula = promoters % – detractors %, meaning that the score can range between -100 and 100.
It is important to note that using 7-8 as a passive rating within NPS is a very conservative measure.
