Philip Okell launches Mosaic Money Management

Philip Okell, former Director with Tilney Investment Management, has launched Mosaic Money Management to provide a high quality asset management service to a broad range of private clients and institutions. Based in Chester on the banks of the River Dee, Mosaic Money Management’s ultimate aim is to make money for clients through strong performance delivered by a proven team.

Mr. Okell was previously at Tilney for 25 years where he created and headed up the institutional fund management division.  He also managed institutional portfolios with UK equity and balanced mandates developing a long track record of outperformance. 

The business is utilising Raymond James Investment Services to provide middle and back office services as well as compliance, supervision and FSA registration. “We are delighted to have Philip as a new affiliate of Raymond James,” notes Peter Moores, Chief Executive Officer of Raymond James. “We have no doubt that Philip’s business is well positioned to be a success, and we are pleased to have the opportunity to assist him in his endeavour to provide a high standard of service to his clients.”
