Fund Trail
As noted in the Raymond James Terms of Business, your Wealth Manager will confirm to you if any initial or ongoing commission (‘trail”) that we may receive from fund companies relevant to your account holdings is to be refunded to your account or retained by your Wealth Manager. Where trail is refunded to your account, Raymond James typically processes these refunds on a quarterly basis. An administrative charge of £10 per account will apply to each refund we process. Where the refund due is less than £10, it is uneconomical to distribute and Raymond James will retain it. Refund of trail relevant to ISAs will be credited to your general investment account. No refunds will be made until the trail is received from the relevant fund company. The amount we refund to you reflects the amount Raymond James calculates we are owed based upon the terms agreed with the fund company, the number of units you hold and a commonly used trail payment methodology. Regardless of the method used by the fund company, for practical reasons Raymond James use a standard method and rounding when allocating trail commission to you. This can result in nominal amounts of trail being retained by Raymond James.
