FSCS Limits

The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (‘FSCS’) currently covers 100% of the first £50,000 per eligible claimant per firm for Investments (for claims against firms declared in default from 1 January 2010).

The FSCS currently covers 100% of the first £85,000 per eligible claimant per firm for Deposits (for claims against firms declared in default from 31 December 2010).
